• Service details — the appliance type, brand, fault description and your preferred appointment date;

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote;
• To schedule, perform and follow up on repair and maintenance work;

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Invoice and job-card records are retained for the period required by South African tax legislation, after which they are securely deleted or de-identified.

• Request correction or deletion of inaccurate, outdated or unlawfully held information;
• Object to processing, including for direct marketing;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
